Kelly Services seeking Press/Oven Machine Operators, first and second shifts.
$15.
50 for first and $17.
50/hr for second.

Position
Summary:
Operate presses, ovens to manufacture PTFE billets that will be machined into seals.
General
Responsibilities:
o Load, operate and unload molding presses to create billets for the CNCs to machine into seals.
o Set up molding presses following Standard Work Instructions.
o Load oven racks and take billets to ovens for centering.
o Perform preventive and basic maintenance on required equipment.
o Actively participate and support the plant's safety program.
Report any injury or near miss immediately to your Group Lead or EHS Manager.
o Actively participate in the High Performance Team designated for your area.
The HPTs are meant to improve the work experience by allowing the employees an opportunity to offer suggestions for improvement.
o Record accurate and timely data, including order completions and quantity on daily labor reports, reclaim tickets, for reject parts and daily hours worked.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred Some Machine Operation experience preferred but not necessary Will consider anyone with willingness to train Able to work overtime at $23.
25 or $26.
